GroomDesk is a SaaS platform for dog grooming businesses. By accessing or using our service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
GroomDesk provides appointment booking, payment processing, customer management, loyalty rewards, and business reporting tools for pet grooming businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform without prior written consent.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information stored on the platform.
GroomDesk and its content, features, and functionality are owned by GroomDesk and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your business data, customer records, and any content you upload to the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
GroomDesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 12 months.
